  1. The FS Golf app must be installed on your mobile device in order to utilize all of the unique features of the i4 Rangefinder. The FS Golf app is available for iOS and Android and requires iOS version 16.0 or later and Android version 10.0 or later. 
  2. The FlightScope i4 Rangefinder is not compatible with FS Golf PC software.
  3. A mobile device with cellular data is required to use FS Mode, which provides accurate effective playing distances, wind speed and direction (user-selectable), and club recommendations.
  4. Bluetooth capability is required on your device to connect to the i4 Rangefinder.
  5. To utilize the i4 Smart Gapping AI Tool, you need to use the FS Golf app and have a few different options to get your report: 
  • Enter your carry distance for one or more clubs
  • Enter your Ball Speed, Launch Angle, and Spin for one or more clubs

With the FlightScope Smart Gapping AI tool you can give us one of your carry distances (or more if you choose) and get an instant report with carry distance, ball speed, launch angle, and spin values for every club in your bag. Generate your report with just a few inputs:

Home Location: Adjusted for height above sea level.
Carry Distance: Entered for one or more clubs at the Home Location.

From these inputs, the Smart Gapping tool calculates the carry distance for each club, along with nominal ball speeds, launch angles, and spin values. This tool ensures that every golfer, regardless of their experience level, has access to accurate and personalized distance information.
